TRY A DIFFERENT SORT OF RAW FOOD CLASS! Bring the sunshine into your raw food diet with a celebration of sweet, luscious fruit, and juicy green leaves!
NEW - Fruit & Leaves ClassWhat the Fruit & Leaves Class is NOT:
- F & L is not a 'transition food' class. If you're looking for 'recipe ideas', for dishes to serve non-raw people, the RawforLife experience class would suit you better.
- F & L is not 100% organic. The day will include tropical fruit, not all of which I can obtain organic. And it's not all locally-grown either (for obvious reasons!).
- F & L is not for people who say 'I couldn't live on salads', or 'can't eat greens'...
What it IS:
- F & L is a celebration of the 'high fruit, high leaves' diet. At least three-quarters of the food will be fruit. The rest will comprise of mostly green leaves (lots!), and a small amount of fats, such as truly raw olives, avocado and seeds. Although nuts are a good food for us, the F & L day will not feature nuts, as they are included in several dishes on the RawforLife Experience Day.
- F & L will feature discussion of raw food broadly in line with 'Natural Hygiene' principles. Topics covered will include 'mono eating' and 'food combining'.
- F & L is for both the 'new to raw' fooder who is happy with the idea of simple foods, based on fruit and leaves, and also the long-term high or 100% raw-fooder who is either already enjoying a high-fruit diet, or is looking to move their existing diet in that direction.
- F & L will include demonstrations and tasters of simple meals based on fruit, and leaves.
And, at the end of the class, you will take home a RawforLife goodie bag full of RawforLife raw food treats!
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A NEW CLASS. THE CLASS WILL TAKE PLACE IF A MINIMUM OF FOUR BOOK BY 13TH NOVEMBER, AND WILL BE SOLD OUT AFTER SIX BOOKINGS.
